Love coming in here. They are so friendly. Family Owned & Operated. I feel like im walking into a friend ir family house every-time. They remember my name, my kids.. ect. So very knowledgable, professional. They have what you need and don’t oversell you on what you don’t. They are not pushy either. Being in sales myself i hate when people try to sell you, they don’t do that. Will continue to go to them with all our pool & spa needs.

We purchased our hot tub from Fox Valley Pool and Spa, and Ryan and his after-sales service team have been incredible.
